一、保持室内供暖，防止管道冻结
在寒冷天气期间，即使暂时外出，也应始终保持暖气开启。建议将恒温器温度设置在 不低于 55°F（约 13°C），以确保室内环境温度足够，防止水管因低温结冰 。
二、让水龙头保持缓慢滴水
在夜间或气温最低时段，建议让水龙头缓慢滴水，尤其是靠近外墙的水管。持续的水流可以有效降低管道内部结冰的风险，是防冻的简单但非常有效的方法 。
三、打开水槽下方柜门，促进热空气循环
厨房和浴室水槽下方的管道通常较为隐蔽，也更容易受冷。低温期间应打开橱柜门，让室内暖空气流通到管道周围，从而减少冻结概率 。
四、做好室外水龙头和裸露水管的防护
针对室外设施，应重点检查以下内容：
- 为所有室外水龙头安装防冻罩
- 确保暴露在外的水管已正确包裹保温材料
这些措施可以有效防止因结冰膨胀而导致的管道破裂，是冬季房屋维护中不可忽视的一环 。
五、切勿错误使用取暖设备
